About Me

Welcome! Bienvenue!

My name is Sophie Gray and I am originally from France.  When I began practicing yoga more than a decade ago, I did it as a means to escape the outside world and reconnect with my being.  The practice quickly began to enhance the quality of my life, making me feel amazing mentally, physically, and emotionally.  With time, my love for yoga expanded into a desire to share the practice with others, and I now look forward to sharing the joy and benefits of yoga with you!

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through YogaWorks, specializing in Vinyasa Flow. To deepen my understanding of yoga, I also studied Hatha Yoga in Paris, France, where I learned practices that bring grounding, balance, and stability to the dynamic energy of Vinyasa.

I later earned my 300-hour certification through Ashe Yoga Collective, becoming a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. This advanced training deepened my knowledge of Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics, and Gentle Yoga, allowing me to create classes that support students with diverse needs, abilities, and goals.

In addition, I earned a Yoga Wall certification, which uses traction, support, and balance to create therapeutic benefits such as spinal decompression, improved mobility, and enhanced body awareness. The Yoga Wall also provides an accessible and supportive way for practitioners of all levels to safely explore and deepen challenging postures.

My teaching approach combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and therapeutic principles to help students build strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to begin and/or continue your yoga journey!

Thank you!

Merci beaucoup!
